Subscription Terms

If you are unsure how to cancel a subscription or a trial, please visit the Apple Support website, Google Play Help, or our website, depending on where you purchased your subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions or trials.
You may wish to take a screenshot of this information for your reference.

1. Trial

We may offer free or paid trial subscriptions for our services.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the selected subscription period.

2. Subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, 6-month, yearly, or otherwise, depending on the option selected at purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method associated with your account at the time of purchase confirmation.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

Important: Deleting the Speechflo app does not cancel your subscription.

App Store (Apple)

If you purchased a subscription or started a trial via the App Store, you can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions.

Google Play

If you purchased a subscription or started a trial via Google Play, you can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions.

Website Purchases

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website, you can cancel by contacting us at hello@speechflo.app.

5. Changes to Subscription Fees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time.
We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes through the app, our website, email, or other prominent means.

If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • App Store (Apple): Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
  • Google Play: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google and are subject to Google’s refund policies.
  • Website purchases: No refunds are provided unless required by law.
